Tiffany Gill

Tiffany Gill is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in social work from the University of Kentucky. She is the owner and clinical director of Discover You Counseling, where she leads a team of clinicians dedicated to providing compassionate, client-centered care. Tiffany is enthusiastic about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change. Tiffany believes that healing happens through connection, authenticity, and feeling understood. She strives to create a warm, supportive space where clients can show up exactly as they are and work toward becoming the version of themselves, they want to be. In addition to her work with clients, she enjoys mentoring and supporting fellow clinicians as they grow in their own professional journeys. When she is not in the therapy office, Tiffany can usually be found spending time with her wife and managing the delightful chaos of their animal and plant filled home. Together, they share their lives with four dogs and two cats, who provide endless entertainment and unconditional love.
